Antrim County Home Purchase Rehabilitation

Antrim County will provide down payment assistance and moderage home rehabilitation in the Village of Mancelona. Homebuyers must qualify for a mortgage and meet income requirements.

Application Process:

To qualify for the home rehabilitation program, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Income according to family size
• Good credit
• Without housing at the time of application
