Application Process:
To qualify for the Homeownership program, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Live or work in Benzie County or an adjacent county
- Earn 80% or less of the area median income (see income limits below)
- Qualify for a mortgage
- Contribute 1% towards the purchase price
- Income Limits
- 1 person: $29,300
- 2 persons: $33,450
- 3 persons: $37,650
- 4 persons: $41,850
- 5 persons: $45,200

Once completed, please mail the form to the mailing address listed below.
