Kalkaska County Home Repair Loan Program
Kalkaska County will provide low-interest or deferred loans for repairs or rehabilitation that will remove health and safety hazards from the home. Applicants must qualify for a loan and meet income restrictions.

To qualify for the home repair/rehabilitation program, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Income according to family size
- Good credit
- Without housing at the time of application
