Permanent Supportive Housing

Supportive housing is housing combined with services that help people achieve residential stability, increase their skills and their incomes, and obtain greater self-determination. Services vary based on needs, but they may include:

• Case management
• Mental health services
• Addiction treatment
• Money management
• Therapeutic interventions
• Support coordination
• Benefits advocacy and income support assistance (Social Security, food assistance, etc.)
• Nutritional counseling
• Assistance in obtaining other resources and support such as child care, transportation, job training, and job placement
